How long do I have to make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to a shipping address, shipping method or items in the order please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request but please note that there is no guarantee that we will be able to make changes once the order is placed. For this reason, please consider all orders final.

All orders process and ship within about 4 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a shipment notification once the order ships out. If you have received a Shipment Notification, it is safe to assume that you can no longer make changes to your order. Please email any changes to support@annarbortees.com as soon as you become aware of them.


Where is my Package (Track a Package)?

Please use your tracking number in the following sites for the most up to date tracking information available. Note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to become available after you receive your shipping notification. For international orders, tracking is not guaranteed after the shipment leaves the US (via Chicago or Elmhurst, IL) and is solely dependent on the cooperation of your local postal service from that point. Please allow up to 4 weeks for international delivery. All delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
